Positive Women Victoria Board Changes

New Chair Jessica  |  New Board member – Cate Rowe

Jess is the new Chair of PWV. Jess was elected by he Board after Thea Gibson, the outgoing Chair, stepped down from the Board in June. We welcome Jess to this role. The Board also welcomes new Associate Director Cate Rowe, who joined the Board at the June meeting.

Cate brings over 25 years of  healthcare  experience to the Positive Women Victoria (PWV) board, working as a social worker in HIV Services for the last 21 years. Having witnessed first-hand the immeasurable impact of peer connection, Cate knows how transformative the PWV community is for women—helping them realize they are “not the only one” while providing vital support and acceptance. She is honoured to serve on the board and to support PWV as it continues its integral role within the HIV community.
