Nourish-UK HIV & infant feeding study & web launch – ONLINE on 19 October 2022 – 10:45pm

Learn about the findings from the Nourish-UK HIV and infant feeding study at this online event. UK researchers spoke to almost 40 women living with HIV and their partners. A web resource on infant feeding for mothers living with HIV will also be launched.

Nourish-UK is a qualitative study aiming to understand how new mothers, pregnant women and birthing parents living with HIV decide how to feed their newborn babies in the UK.
At this online event, researchers will also share interviewees’ experiences about their infant feeding options; updates for the British HIV Association (BHIVA) infant feeding guidelines; and learnings and lessons from the study.

Anyone with an interest in HIV and/or infant feeding are welcome to join online.
