This powerful ‘in conversation’ video and feature article unpacks the latest breakthroughs from the IAS 2025 Conference on HIV Science, held in Kigali, Rwanda in July. Read ín plain language’ the feature article published in NAPWHA’s Positive Living digital.

Hosted by Positive Women Victoria, the video edited from the webinar recorded on 29/8/25 features special guest Dr Jillian Lau, HIV clinical researcher from Melbourne who attended IAS2025, and host Heather Ellis from Positive Women Victoria who also attended on an IAS scholarship.

Together, they breakdown the latest research in HIV cure and antiretroviral (ARV) treatments, and explain what it all means for people living with HIV — in plain language.

This webinar was recorded on 29/8/25 and  is part of Positive Women Victoria’s Health and Wellbeing webinar series.
