Immigration Museum and Lunch – Sunday, 20 October 2024

Join PWV members for this group peer support event to the Immigration Museum followed by lunch overlooking the Yarra River at Southbank.

The Immigration Museum, in the historic Old Customs House, Melbourne, engages visitors with the history and experiences of immigration and cultural diversity that is the fabric of modern Australian society. There are a number of different exhibitions featured that showcase the diverse stories of people who came from around the world to call Australia home.

We will meet at 11am at the entrance of the Immigration Museum on Flinders Street, which is a 300m walk from Flinders Street Station.  After our museum visit, we will stroll over the river to the Southbank Promenade to the Southgate Riverside Food Court where you can select from a range of cultural food options. Museum entry, Lunch and soft-drink or coffee  provided by PWV.

Please bring your concession card if you have one for free museum entry.
