Positive Women Victoria, a support and advocacy organisation for HIV-positive women, was established in 1988 by women living with HIV/AIDS. In recognition of the special needs of positive women, we provide a safe and comfortable environment that is completely confidential. Positive Women Victoria celebrated 21 years of providing support and advocacy for HIV-positive women at our 2009 Annual General Meeting. Christmas Opening Hours The Positive Women Victoria office will be closed from close of business Wednesday 23rd December and will reopen 9:00am Monday 4th January. The Rose Fund was established in 2007 in response to the broader needs of women living with HIV. It provides opportunity for members to apply for a grant in order to do something that will enhance the quality of their lives. The Rose Fund assists members to improve health and wellbeing, for training and education or personal development.
